Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for your letter of April 15th, describing the complaint by one of our past donors.  After Reviewing our records, I found that we have indeed been calling this individual, however, we do use live telephone representatives.  There can be a delay in the...

telephone representative being connected to the donor when they answer, so we do have a recording that plays to tell the donor why we are calling, so they aren't just met with dead air if there is a delay in the connection.  Per the donor's request, I have placed her telephone number on our Internal Do Not Call list as of 12:51pm on Monday, April 18th, 2016 when I received this letter.
