We have been getting robocalls many times a day at all hours for over a year from Charity Pickup. We have asked them to remove us from their call list, but they continue to call.

We currently do not make calls into the state of Georgia. There is a related organization that does make calls to your area and I have forwarded your information and complaint to them.

This business calls my place of business many many times a day. Its always spam, and sometimes the call has no one on the line, and we will just be spammed a few times in a row. I would like for our number to be removed from their list because we don't receive that option on the call. We already have a huge incoming call flow for a few people to handle, and they are getting to be too much.

This company calls my home phone several times per day. Each time they call I block their number and they just continue to call back with another number. I have blocked over 100 numbers and they still call everyday several times per day. My home phone is unlisted and non published which I pay good money for this privacy. If I pick up the phone to tell them not to call again there is never anyone on the other end of the line. I am not only a member of the Indiana do not call list but I am also registered with the National do not call list. I just yesterday changed my phone number to see if this would help and I will be damned if within one hour I get a call from this company. I don't know who they are but this is harassment and I don't want them calling my home anymore.

I receive multiple calls from multiple numbers all day long from this company. I have reported, I am on the do not call list, and I have filed a complaint on their website. Enough is enough!!

If they are legitimate at all, this is not how to help people!

First of all, I am a small used machinery business owner and this company, that request old clothing continually calls my company phone. This company has a facilty here in the Atlanta, GA area that will not stop calling my office phone even when I leave them a message to stop. They have rigged their phones in such a way that there is no way to call them back and the continually change the last 2 digits of the phone number. Here are some examples from the last couple of weeks. *** These people have to be shut down immediately for non-compliance with my privacy.

Because this organization annoyed my business so much, yesterday I was forced to disconnect my landline.

I will keep it disconnected for another day and then reactivate it.

If I get another call from this organization I will again report it to the Revdex.com and discuss the next step with my attorney.

I am getting repeated phone calls and hang ups at least five times a day. I have repeatedly too them to take me off their list. They obviously are ignoring my request. When I asked the over talked me with a sales pitch. That have filled up call blocker so my recorder isn't taking messages. Please shut them down!!!! If they were legit they would honor a request!!!!!

I have researched our files using both your email address and the phone number you've provided. I have been unable to find any phone calls in our records stating that. Our system is generally accurate, but perhaps your call has slipped through the cracks.

Revdex.com: I believe because if the rudeness of the person that answered the phone they DID NOT remove it. If I receive more I will keep a log of the calls but since they are going to honor my request I will assume not. If I do I will take it further. Thank you so very much and your prompt attention to this matter. Oh, and I will know if they call under another number!

I scheduled a donation pickup from them and left clear instructions that the items would be in our driveway and the driver would need to come around the house to get them from the driveway. That day I received a delivery on my porch from *** but did not bring it inside at the time. Later on I go back to my front porch and the box is gone and a donation receipt is inside my front door from this company’s driver. I call them immediately and leave a message that their driver took my package and to please return it and also email them this info. They call back the next day to get information and they would have their team look for it. I am later informed the best they can guess is it’s on a truck to TX already. They offer no restitution for the theft of my package. It had goods I had paid $105 for.

It is my understanding that we have also offered to reimburse you the $113.90 you've claimed is the total amount of items that were taken by mistake.

On 5 separate occasions I have scheduled and prepared items for donation. Today, 9/7/18 was the latest time. I schedule the pick up, confirm the pick up, confirm the pick up if I receive a phone call and NOT ONCE have the items been picked up at this address.
I have been given numerous excuses; your address kicked out of the system, we don't pick up at your address, you cancelled the pick up, etc.
The last time I attempted to resolve this and asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on. Some did call back, confirmed today as the next pick, assured me the pick up would happen, and it DID NOT.
It is extremely difficult to get items to the bottom of my driveway in preparation for pick up just to have to haul them back up.
The reason I am taking the time to file this complaint is that a specific charity is listed for each pick up and it is not only poor practice to not fulfill the pick up it is disparaging to the charity.

I have looked into your complaint and have found 2 pickups scheduled. One was erroneously cancelled and for that I apologize. I listened to the call and you clearly confirmed the pickup.

I also looked into the driver's history on the 7th and we've found through GPS history that he did go by your house at approximately 12:45pm. I cannot speak to why the items, if they were out, were not picked up. Obviously this is in no one's interest to take the time to go to your house and then not pick up your donation. I will instruct my staff to call you to see how you'd like to proceed.

I have donated items to charity clothing pickup for several years and off and on I have had problems with not being left a tax receipt. This practice was so consistent at one point that I stopped donating to this charity completely. I eventually resumed donating, but now I am once again having this problem and I think the administrators for this charity should care enough to find out why drivers do not leave tax receipts for donors, if the program is valuable to the charity.

There is obviously no good excuse for this if true. Our policy is to leave a tax receipt at every stop and we will be happy to mail a tax receipt to this donor's house. It will be in the mail today. It should be noted that some houses are positioned in such a way that the wind may blow the tax receipt out of the door frame where they are customarily left. Again, this is not an excuse, but it may be possible.
