Review: On 6/**/13 I purchased a ticket to Putnam County Wine and Food Fest. On 7/*, I requested that this ticket be canceled. There is no mention that this is prohibited. For this reason, the ticket should have been refunded and canceled. It was not stated as a final sale. The electronic ticket could have been invalidated and my name taken off / not put on the guest list which is how this fest runs. I was ignored by [redacted]) after repeated requests for support and was finally answered curtly with, "there are no refunds". All reputable companies allow cancellations and list their policies online for all to be aware.
