The customer did not follow my advice when he emailed me before orderingHe thought he knew our product better than I didso no big surprise when he contacted me for an exchangewe exchanged the item with no hassles and no problemsit still didn't fit after the second tryso customer asked for a refundhe was told that the paypal system does not allow us to process a refund after days so I would send him a money order, which I didthe MO came back as undeliverableI contacted the customer to double check his addressI resent the MO to himThis is the first I have heard that he didn't receive itThe customer was very impatient during the whole process and felt we should pay for shippingwe paid for shipping the item to him twice which is more than most companies would doWe have done the right thing as far as this customer is concernedWe are proud of the good name we have built over the years and don't appreciate unwarranted claimsWe stand behind our customer service and products .I have the money order receipt to prove the transaction

I didn't respond because I have been communicating with the buyerI am sending them a money order and they have agreed to drop the complaint when they receive refund

I have saved all my emails. I was rude after being lied to times. as of today, still do refund on my card. its been days

noone has lied to you, you are rude and obnoxious. as I previously stated the refund has been issued. the bank doesnt work around your schedule. 7 days is not unusual at all. try being patient for once. refunds depend on your bank not on me, all I can do is issue it,some banks take up to 30 days to process refunds, im sorry you have to wait but the world doesnt revolve around you.our business is concluded

we were out of stock for five days after customer ordered. we told them we would ship them priorty mail. he replied with curse words calling me names. we dont acknowledge people like that. so I refunded him same day. he did not recieve a fake receipt,all he has to do is contact the paqyment...

processor that issued the receipt. he seems to think the bank works on his schedule.it takes up to 7 days sometimes, this customer is completely rude and unreasonable.he has been issued a refund,our business is complete

that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. We agreed to those conditions but have still not received a money order.

We have had problems with our supplier not delivering all of our product to us. we have since negotiated with the manufacturer directly and no longer have this issue. the customer has received the item. we deeply regret that we had a temporary issue with supply, but again it has been resolved.
