They do not answer their phone. Goes directly to voicemail and they do not respond to messages left. Will respond in a very limited and vague way to text and email inquiries. Will not answer direct questions such as Airline used for shipping, refunds of monies paid, name of delivery company etc. They also don't tell you about additional charges until just before they are expected to ship i.e. Pet delivery insurance of at least $980 or more supposedly totally refundable if puppy arrives safely. My research shows there is no such insurance and breeder will NOT respond with name of delivery agency demanding the 980 or the airline they utilize so that verification can be made of information provided. Can't access bill of lading or company name that is demanding $980 for delivery. Will not refund monies paid until puppy is "resold". Will not answer questions on time frame for refund or method used to refund monies.
