When the *** and the *** arrived I looked for the Invoices and found the *** and I had to go back through to find the ***s invoiceFound the invoice the 2nd time through( the staples were connected with someone else’s invoice)I did say I was sorryIn our office, we have a
complete display of events, rules and regulations, and the pricing with other informationInformation for the Memorial Weekend events were right where they sign inIn this information, we have a pamphlet that states that we DO NOT give refundsIt is also in the campground rules and regulationsIt was brought to our attention Saturday morning May 28,that there was no hot water and a sign was posted on the doorThen immediately we called the plumber and left a message for him to call us ASAP. He returned our call and it was repaired Monday morning May 30thThe ***’s and ***s had arrived evening Friday 27,and date out was May 30,2016: there was no daysThey had stayed two nights and left early Sunday morning 29th May. There was days with no shower not days as stated, that we were aware ofThey were the only complaints we had out of people that whole weekendWe had announced the hot water problem at 2:00p to people at the Pavilion on a microphone that could be easily heard at their campsitesAgain, there was an apology made to ALL of our campers Charlarose Lake & Campground
