I used to follow their Instagram page @charleesangelsboutique; I ordered a jumpsuit on 2/15/2020 to wear to my friend’s funeral. It was delivered on 2/28/2020, which was too late. I searched their website for the refund/exchange policy and found none. I wasn’t surprised because the hyperlink for their size chart/guide didn’t even work. I sent a DM asking for a refund, the reply said they don’t do refunds. I asked for an exchange, the reply was they sell out so fast. I’ve never noticed a “sold out” sign on any of their merchandise like I’ve seen on other sites. They haven’t replied to me since March 6. The outfit I bought remains unopened, in their shipping envelope, on my bedroom floor.
I have communicated with the customer that we do not accept returns. All sales are final. It is posted on our website and on our social media platforms. It is not required for us to post that we are sold out of items our POS will not allow purchases if the item is sold out. The customer received what she order in a timely fashion. I am sorry that the customer is not satisfied with her purchase. We are very detailed with each social media post about the item descriptions. She received excellent customer service from the start of her purchase to when she received the item. I didn't respond to the customer anymore because I answered all of her questions. If you ask any of our customers they will inform you of our store policy.

I am rejecting this response because: the refund policy is NOT listed on their website. It’s probably listed now because I complained. I even asked about it in the screenshot attached.
