I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have filed a Revdex.com complaint against Big Oak Tree Service and the issue remains unresolvedThe complete package for which I have a contract is tree work plus stump grindingThe tree work was done on Jan30, $1,The contract states the stumps will be ground within weeks for an additional $Excuse after excuse was given as to why they were not returning to grind the stumps as promisedFinally I was told by Buddy's wife that they would NOT grind the stumps and were under no obligation since I had not paid the additional $Obviously the stump work was part of a Complete job which was not providedTree service companies will not generally grind stumps for tree removal they did not doThe big $ is the removalI shopped around and the best price I was given to complete Buddy's work was $That is $more than I was expecting to payBuddy's wife at one time agreed to pay $towards the bill for someone else to finish the jobThe fair and only acceptable resolution is for them to pay half what we now have to pay to complete the full package job of removing trees AND the stumps as we had contracted forWe will consider the matter settled once Big Oak pays $towards the $bill Regards, [redacted]
