The above referenced complaint has been closed as of 8/22/because the business stated they would contact me to arrange pick up of my vehicle today 8/26/Charles did not reach out to me, after calling his place of business on 8/25/at 5:07pm and again 8/26/9:47am, he finally answeredWhen he answered my call he gave me the same response he has always given, by buying additional time and never meeting the deadline he eatablishesThis morning he stated my car would nit be ready on 8/26/but would be ready Monday 8/29/16...which is not what he stated in response to this complaint

To Whom it May Concern: Customer brought her BMW 325i in for a Water Pump ReplacementWe replaced the water pump and customer picked it up and had her car for about two weeks thenreceived a call from her stating the car was overheatinghad the customer bring the car back in and found that there was several leaking hoses; The customer claimed that it was taking too long and she would have her car towed to the dealerThen received another call from the customer stating that the dealer said the pump was bad and never changedIn addition the customer stated that ALL she wanted to see was the receipt for the purchase of the water pumpI issued the customer a receipt for the water pump and from there she wanted to know what was going to do about the issue because the dealer wanted $1,for their repairsI told the customer that "she was the one that wanted to go to the dealer but if she brought the water pump back would warranty it out and give them another pump"That was what I was willing to do for them since the car was no longer in my possession

I Am Writing in Regards To The Letter Sent To Me On Tuesday August 2, Regarding [redacted] Ford ExplorerThe Vehicle Is Located Here At Charles Auto Repair [redacted] ***I Have Called The Customer Several Times Regarding An Update On Her Vehicle And Have Yet To Receive A Response From Ms [redacted] Due To The Fact That The Balance Was Paid For in Installments That Averaged About Six MonthsI Did Not Start Working On The Vehicle Until The Final Payment Was ReceivedI Estimate That Her Car Should Be Available To Be Picked Up No Later Than August 26,Sony For Any And All Inconveniences This Has Caused | Will Contact The Customer On Or Before That Date To Arrange Delivery Options...Thank You In Advance & Best Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for your response, however, the said attempts to make contact with me are false. There have not been any missed phone calls, voicemails, or text messages from Charles Auto Repair.
I will accept that the agreed upon work be completed on my car and any damage done to my car while in his care be fixed and completed with delivery by August 26, 2016. Feel free to contact me with my contact information you have on file. Otherwise I will arrive on August 26, 2016 to pick up my car as you have stated.
