We waterproofed the basement that is true but where he is having a problem is a cement porch that he has that is built over the basementWaterproofing slabs is not part of our waterproofing system, that is a completely different job that
doesn't carry any type of warranty, a job we were never contracted to do
After hearing the homeowner complain about the lid I told him we could come and do the job BUT on our timeframe because I wasn't charging him to do the work
All American still plans on helping the homeowner out, even after this complaintTHIS WORK WHEN DONE WILL COME WITHOUT A GAURANTEE AS IT IS NOT PART OF OUR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!

I've been waiting patiently enough and the supposedly timeframe was months ago and as far as the back porch goes I've specifically pointed this out during the quote and then called back and had the guy come out BEFORE they did the work and went over everything to make sure we are on the same page and after work was done it was THEN they claim that's not part of itSo as a consumer I would NEVER have had them do work and leave a portion unprotected, the real issue is the salesman over promised and under delivered because the way he said if would be done wouldn't work according to the foreman on the job so it is at that point where the company should acknowledge there mistake and take care of my basement because the fact remains that my basement was not able to be finished before the waterproofing and still isn't ready to be finishedI'm done patiently waiting and would like them to fix this before is over then I'll be a happy customer

I didn't see response until Saturday Dec However they can come anytime to do cap installWhen they do then I'll be happy with resolution
