Review: Hired Charles and Co to build a pole barn/building. The barn/building has not been finished "still getting water in the building as of 8.11.15" and was damaged by heavy machinery the last time they were landscaping for water run off. I have over 40K invested in the building and cannot use it because off water problems. The damage caused by the heavy machinery includes steel panels, cement cracked and maybe structural.I have tried to contact the Co on numerous occasions and they will not return my call or text. This complaint covers both repair and service issues.Desired Settlement: The water run off problem needs fixed so I don't get water in my building. I also need to have the damage to building fixed. I have asked the Co to open an insurance claim so I can get another contractor to fix the problems. Resolve should consist of finish the job and repair damage.
