I've used this company several times over the years and always been pleased I was surprised to see a couple of negative reviews on-line and almost didn't use them this time Once again I couldn't be more pleased They found the problem and repaired it in minutes The cost was only a service call They were able to get to me promptly and assured me that if the problem wasn't fixed I had days to call them back Good, courteous service deserves an A+ rating
