Charles Clausen, DDS - Gentle Family Dentistry & Orthodontics

I have been a patient of Dr. Clausen for over 2 years. I have always been petrified of dentists but Dr. Clausen & his team are AWESOME!! They genuinely care about their patients, they take the time to talk to you about any concerns you might have. I have had filings and cleanings done & always watch a movie while getting a filing which helps take my mind off of what's going on. Everyone is very gentle and I've never felt pain. I have sent friend here & they have also been very happy. I highly recommend Dr. Clausen & his entire team.

I have always had a very positive experience at Dr. Clausen's office. All the staff are courteous and helpful. I appreciate Dr. Clausen's and dental hygienists friendliness during my appointments. In addition, I feel that the prices for services are fair and Dr. Clausen provides the services that are needed and doesn't try to push additional services if not needed.

I have been treated by Dr. Clausen for over 10 years. The staff is always very professional and I have complete confidence in them.

I love this office. A true gem. Clean, affordable and the best part is they do quality work. They never try talking you into something you don't need or if it can wait, they are honest. I will come here even if it meant driving across town.

As a new patient, I was completely amazed at how nice and relaxed the atmosphere was when entering the office. I walked up to the counter and was greeted with "you must be Jason" and a smile. Nice to not feel like just another customer.

I had a full exam and cleaning and while I was being talked to by the technician, she would actually pause and allow me to answer instead of just trying to nod to what she was saying.

As an individual with pretty good fear of the dentist office, everything they did during my appointment help put some of that aside and I feel a lot more comfortable going back for my follow up procedure.

I recently moved and was very upset about having to leave my previous dentist. I had been to another dentist in the area who I will not see again as during my appt he continually made inappropriate remarks about my hearing loss. Needless to say, I was not happy to have to go to another new dentist. However, Dr. [redacted] and his staff completely turned me around. From the minute I walked in the door until I left, I felt like they cared about me and wanted to give me a great experience - and they did just that. I have since referred my Mother and my grown son to them, and they were equally pleased with their experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.[redacted] to anyone in need of dental care, I know I am going back, and feel quite relieved that I have now found my new dentist!!

Our family is very happy with Dr [redacted] and staff. Dr [redacted] is extremely honest, doesn't up-sell treatment plans. The staff is professional and friendly. Great experience for our family. My son will soon be having orthodontist work done by Dr. [redacted] as well. Great to have one office handle multiple facets of dentistry!
