Penn State said that financial status of accounts would be current on June 8th and as of June 8th my grant was showing on my accountOn June 19th when I logged on to my financial account the grant was REMOVED from my account and a balance of $was dueI accepted the grant prior to term starting and declined financial loans that were offered through subsidized and unsubsidized loans in the amount of $10,I didnt want to add to my loan debt Regards, [redacted] ***

We have reviewed this complaint, as well as the original refund petition filed by the student in and subsequent communication We have determined that the instructor honored the student’s learning accommodations and that his request for a full refund was denied in accordance with our refund policy This decision was not made lightly and included consultation from Penn State’s Office of Disability Services and the College of IST Unfortunately we are not able to provide any additional refund to Mr [redacted]
