On 10/12/at 7:45pm I wanted to purchase gas from the Shell gas station located at Crain Highway I was using a debit card to purchase my gas This location has a convenience store for food and snack purchasesThis is my third time at this gas station due to my routeOn my previous visits, there were no customersI find that highly peculiar for a gas station on a major highway to have no businessI decided to purchase a soda and candy bar from this locationWhen I tried to enter the store, the door was lockedThere was a sign posted stating to use the window I did not purchase any items and took my business to another storeIt is an inconvenience and frustrating that a gas station convenience store does not allow customers into their store I do not feel comfortable for someone else to touch my food products and shove them through a window This is unsanitaryDuring the early evening hours no convenience store should be closedThis is rude to disrespect customers in this fashionAt this point I will encourage family, friends and others not to use Shell gas because I cannot ensure their safety at certain locationsPlease ensure the store is open or close this location because there are other underlying issues that need to be addressed

This location has a convenience store for food and snack purchases. This is my third time at this gas station due to my route. On my previous visits, there were no customers. I decided to purchase a soda and candy bar from this location. When I tried to enter the store, the door was locked. There was a sign posted stating to use the window. I did not purchase any items and took my business to another store.
It is an inconvenience and frustrating that a gas station convenience store does not allow customers into their store. I do not feel comfortable for someone else to touch my food products and shove them through a window. This is unsanitary. During the early evening hours no convenience store should be closed.
