I was referred by *** to contact the Charles D Jones branch at *** Brad informed me they were wholesale only & was unwilling to recommend a retail contractor. Called back & got the Manager, Greg ***, who did give me a retail contractor. Brad needs some training on customer relations. Also reported the incident to ***, who assured me they would report this bad service incident to *** management for resolution.
