This is *** ***'s email response to *** *sent evening of 5/21/15Hi ***,I left you a message today and hoping you will return my call But in case you don't, I at least wanted to have the opportunity to say...."you are right to be upset and we understand how you must have felt"
You are a Guest who was unhappy and you told the only person you knew to tell.....your Stylist She knows she made a mistake by not referring you to the desk to make an appointment for recut and she takes full responsibility I admire her very much for admitting she simply forgot to handle the appointment Just as Desk team would not be part of your color/style consultation, Stylist should not be part of appointment making When our Assistant Manager spoke to you she told you our two week policy on recuts However, as your Stylist also agrees, you brought it to our attention by telling her and that should have been enough.....and is in my book *** *** employees over beauty professionals in three salons We serve between 750-1000 Guests each week This year we celebrate our "Years in Business" and this is our very first negative review with the Revdex.com But, we learned from it We learned that when we changed our hour to close on Saturday from to 4we changed everywhere but on our "under construction" website leaving a caller to think we just don't answer our phones We learned or should I say reconfirmed the roles we each play in our Guest's salon experience and the critical mistake of not following through with ANY complaint from our Guests *** we would love to have you come in for a haircut and style if you would give us the honor to do so In addition we would like to show our sincere apology by offering you a complimentary facial in our Spa We can only hope you will allow us another opportunity to serve you.*** ***Co-owner/General Manager
