Review: Charles Delacruz took the deposit, prepped the work, but then never showed up thus stealing the deposit.Desired Settlement: Get the deposit back of $600. Have a feeling that I am not the first. He ignored my calls, but when I had an employee called from a different number he picked up. He was suspicious and immediately asked where the person is located and as soon as we said Williamsburg (where we're located) he hung up.
