Review: The agency won't get my car out of tow and it was their mistake. I had an accident and when I showed the police the insurance papers, they were different. They were not the right papers to the car. It was a mistake by the insurance company. Charles [redacted] typed the description on my insurance papers wrong and due to that the police had my car impounded due to Charles [redacted]' mistake.Desired Settlement: Just to get my car out of tow. The bill is now $520 and it goes up each day the car is there.

When the police called our office, they asked about insurance on the car under the title of the former owner and not Mr. [redacted]. The former owner, who also has insurance with our agency, had dropped coverage earlier. This information was given to the police. Had the title to the car been changed and Mr. [redacted] name been given, this would have stopped impound.
The correct insurance card was given to Mr. [redacted] the next day so that he could get his car out of impound and mitigate damage of the cost of storage. His failure to mitigate damages is causing an ever, increasing storage bill for which we claim no responsibility.
Our agency has sent a check in the amount of $186.65 to TNT Wrecker Service for the towing bill incurred by Mr. [redacted]. The insurance company is not liable for the storage fees under Mr. [redacted]' liability policy. The insurance company did however, pay for damages in the accident under the liability insurance in Mr. [redacted] name.
