As customer has stated, we tried several times to contact her via phone callHowever we never got through to herWe always call before wasting time driving out to customers homes*** needed to get material list due to starting the job that was already schedule*** knocked on door and just like
the phone calls we made there was no answerSince job was contracted already with us and schedules need to be kept he proceeded to get a material listThen customer came out with attitude, *** apologizedand said we are River City Roofing but she kept her attitude with him and did not want him there, by that time *** had realized there would be change orders making the price go up so *** gave the customer the courtesy of letting her know up front the difference in price so she could make a better decision on weather to us us or not, most companies would have started work then do charge orders on customers to get the job we do not do it that wayCustomers knows everything up front before commencing work
