personally spoke to this woman. Vatterott Properties took over managing the home for [redacted] on 7/1/16. Letters were sent out to all residents including Ms [redacted] with our contact information. We did not hear from Linda until this complaint was filed. Once the manager [redacted] spoke to her we issued work orders for all of the issues which are currently being taken care of. As far as the notice of late rent, we would need to see the receipts she is referencing to be able to properly investigate and resolve. We will take care of anything Ms [redacted] needs, we just need to communicate.
