Review: I have been a patient of Dr. Wolf and once I got new insurance I called to make sure they would take my new insurance. They said yes, so I scheduled a teeth cleaning. When I went for my appointment, they took my new insurance card, made a copy, told me I was covered, and took me in for my cleaning. They called the next week to tell me I was not covered after all. Then they sent me a bill in the mail. I would have never went in for a cleaning had I known they wouldn't take my insurance. They took advantage of a patient who confided in them and trusted them. I do not recommend going to this dentist. Because of my experience, I feel their only concern is about money and not their patients.Desired Settlement: I would like the bill sent to me to be dropped. I do not deserve this.
