Hello [redacted] , Our Advisor has told us he has been in touch with you We are currently waiting for Chrysler to come inspect your vehicle which has to be done as per Chrysler's Warranty criteria We do have a loaner vehicle for you if needed Originally it was told to us that you have another vehicle so you wouldn't need a loaner, but one is always available if you needed it We are willing to fix your vehicle as soon as we are able to and approved by Chrysler

My Name is *** *** and I own a Ram which is at the dealer Security DodgeThey have me assign to a service advisor named Will who is never there to give me information on what's going on with my truckNo work is done on the truck unless he is thereIt has been at least weeks since they have had my truckThey also expect me to pay a deductible which I feel at this point of them having my truck for weeks is not worth payingIt seems no one at Security Dodge wants to tell me what is going on with my truck unless Will is there

THE CUSTOMER STATED 1ST TIME THERE WAS A GRINDING NOISE IN TE FRONT END WHILE DRIVING, WHICH WE FIXED THE CONCERN THE POWER STEERING PUMP AND THE GEAR ASSEMBLY BINDING AND FOUND METAL IN STEERING FLUID CAUSING POSSIBLE RACK OR PUMP COMING APART.THE CUSTOMER STATED THE 2ND TIME WAS A NOISE
FROM THE REAR AND WE FOUND REAR PINION SEAL LEAKING THE CUSTOMER HAD DIFFERENT PROBLEMS.THANK YOU

We explained to *** *** that we could not sell the car for the price he wanted and we would refund his money. His deposit has been brought to our accounting office for them to refund. I would like to apologize to *** *** for his experience with Security Dodge and to wish

We have reviewed *** *** complaint and even though it states on the invoice that there is no refunds on special orders or exchanges, we are refunding *** *** money He did order special leather and Matt the Parts Manager was working very hard to change the order to what he
wanted After much discussion, Matt called *** *** and offered him the refund

I bought a car from them only one year agoIt's a Dodge DartWhen purchased there was body defects that they promised to repairSo after I bought it I returned to the dealership about a week or so later for repairsAt the time my brother worked for the dealership so he kept me updated to the status of the repairIt took way longer than it should have to get repaired and when I finally got it back they told me that they had to repaint the entire carSo I was pleased with the resultA few months later I started to notice bubbles forming on the paint but it was not too seriousThen the paint began to fully peel off in many locationsAt that time I was moving to Philadelphia so I was unable to bring my car in to show themI did however return to New York in September of and brought the car to the dealership and asked to see the general managerI showed him the damaged paint and he asked questions like where I park my car? After he looked at it he said he would investigate the paint job and get back to meI left all my information and headed back to PhiladelphiaI have not heard one thing back from the manager or anyone at the dealershipThis car has also experienced a broken stick shift, a broken battery, faulty electronic throttle control, and a broken back up cameraThe car like I said is only and has 37,miles on itThere should be no reason for all of this to be breaking down, I'm not a teenager with a new car that trashes it or drives it crazyJust to and from work and all this is happening to it? I contacted the Revdex.com once before and finally got someone from security dodge to call me backWhen I returned their call I got a voicemail and no one has since contacted meMy next step is contacting my lawyer, I was sold a defected lemon and security has done nothing to rectify the situation. I would love to hear from security with their solution to this issue, and either figure a way to fully repair this car to a working model, or replace the car with an actually working vehicle or buy the car back and lets separate ways

We have supplied the customer with a loaner car as per FCA (Chrysler Corporate), the recall is not available at this time.  We have followed Chrysler's procedure and at this time it is left in Chrysler's hands.  We are waiting for instructions from Chrysler.

 Your attachment could not be opened but regardless I do not accept your response. We discussed at length the use of the soft top. I remember asking how does the hard top come off, how will I use this in the summer since I do not have a garage and [redacted] informing us that the soft top went on and the Jeep could be used like a convertible. [redacted] informed me that the hard top would be stored for free for the first year as a courtesy. If my vehicle did not come with a soft top, then why would I be told about the free storage for the first year? I am willing to pay to fix the scratch,but I maintain that I was told that the soft top was included in my car's package and should be provided to me.

[redacted] came in on the Affiliates program.  That would have been an easy deal.  He had a control number and picked out a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica.  He negotiated much less than the Affiliates price and we had to beat a deal from Westbury.  After making the deal he didn't...

want to use any other bank but Chrysler.  Chrysler Capital was not the best bank.  Then we ran his credit and he came back a Tier II, not a Tier 0.  After back & forth Giuseppe & Steve made a deal that he accepted.  He did wait a long time as the approval took some time.  After signing everything he said he didn't want to pay $28.53 per month higher.  That was for the higher Tier approval.  He didn't want to sign the menu and even ripped it up.  He is totaling the Tier bump and actually requesting the monies back.  I spoke to the customer and I am taking back the Pacifica today at 3pm.  All monies left will be refunded to [redacted] .

The vehicle has a rare issue where the Engine needed replacement (covered under warranty).  The engine is in, but we have a drive-ability concern. We had a couple of days where we thought it would be ready the next day.  We can not offer a refund. We have since contacted the...

customer and notified them that we are at a stand still.    We are in contact with FCA (manufacturer) about the issue.  Chrysler Engineering was here today to look at the vehicle.  They gave us repair procedures to follow.  We are looking at possibly having the vehicle completed by Wednesday.
