After purchasing vehicle, customer came back in with a offer that they received in the mail from NissanIt was for a $rebate from NissanEven though we need it at the time of sale, we still sent in the rebate information to Nissan to claim it for themWe worked diligently to get the rebate money from NissanWe have already given the $rebate to the customer and also gave $additional from us for the fact they had to wait on NissanI spoke to the customer and she is very happy nowThanks [redacted]

I indeed spoke with Mr*** *** and during our conversation on the phone the ONLY thing he apologized for was the lack of knowledge of the Finance Lady who tried to sell us extended warranties over top of regular warranties which actually provided longer coverageI am sure if I paid the $for those extended warranties due to the lady's explanation it would have been money lost and never recovered due to their lack of knowledge.After times of listening to Mr*** *** say there was some misconception or miscommunication he remained in denial that I had NEVER SEEN the documents they provided the link toMr*** *** could not accept the concept that SOMEONE at the BUSINESS FORGED MY NAME on DOCUMENTS I HAD NEVER SEEN! Then to send me a link to download themI explained to him that the salesperson did have an ipad however NOT ANYTIME during which he ever turned the screen our direction to show or explain ANYTHING to my wife or I, come on how hard is to accept the fact that not only did your salesperson NOT DO HIS JOB but then SOMEONE at the dealership FALSELY FILLED OUT DOCUMENTS and signed MY NAME to them and I have copies.So yes there was nothing remaining to discuss with Mr*** after the 4th time of him repeating the same thing over and overI told him You know what your business did and I know what your business did and you do not take responsibility for itI therefore told him to have a nice day and hung up.I have followed this up with complaints against this business with the Federal Trade Commission Ref # and the Texas State Attorney General due to the businesses Trade practices bordering on the legal lines of forgery.I would recommend anyone wishing to purchase anything from this dealership to be FOREWARNED and CAREFUL since they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY and will sign your name to documents you have never even seen

Lori in our accounting office was able to get NMAC to release it and she sent the title to him on August 10th. She tried to confirm with Mr*** that he received it but he did not respondMaybe he will with you but she sent the title to him and tracked it as well

I spoke with Mr***I invited him to the store to discuss with him the delivery process and that we use an iPad to go over the vehicleHe remembers the iPad being at the desk so I think there is confusion over fully understanding the delivery I invited him in to have a manager go over
the vehicle with him however he declinedHe informed me Nissan provided him with years free maintenance at any Nissan store and a map upgradeHe seemed happy with thatI listened and apologized to him and tried to invite him to discuss furtherHe said we are miles away and declined to come to the storeHe said he had no more interest in coming to the store and hung up on me
