Review: I am writing this on behalf of my elderly Mother at her request:

My 94 year old mother hired them twice at a cost of $5000 dollars and they have never completed the job and left her attic a total mess which was discovered several weeks later. My mother attempted to call them multiple times and they promised to come out but never showed. I called them because my mother was so upset and they have not bothered to return the call. I guess they figured my mother would never see the mess they left in the attic and the fact that they didn't even bother to put the insulation around the pipes. My mother's pipes froze during the first cold spell this fall and she had to pay someone else an additional $2000 to insulate them. This was after she asked them about putting insulation around the pipes and they said it wasn't necessary.Desired Settlement: I think it is outrageous that a company can take money and never finish the job and to a substandard repair to boot. I think it is outrageous that they promised on several occasions to come out but never did. And they didn't bother to call either. Later they would not answer multiple phone calls. Because of their substandard service, her pipes froze resulting in obtaining another repair person and an additional $2000 repair. I think they should reimburse her for this repair and apologize to her. This has upset her greatly.
