Review: My wife and I purchased a new sofa delivered approximately 7/13/15. We purchased a $99 fabric coat as an additional expense. We were told by the salesman that we would receive some sort of verification via email with places to contact regarding spills/stains, etc. We have not received this information. I have contacted the sales person, who said he would address the issue. There has been no further response. I contacted the company via email, with no response whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I do not believe this service has been performed ($99) and the company has provided no evidence. I would prefer a refund of the ($99) but would accept a rep. coming to my home (this is a vacation home and we are not there 100% of the time) to perform the service.Ironically, I have avoided this store for more than 20 years since they delivered a different mattress brand than I ordered at that time. We accepted the delivery, because we were in need, but they had never for our approval.
