I have not received an itemized bill from the dentists office (but have received an EOB from my insurance company), nor have I received the XRays that the doctors office has said they have sent. I no longer need the XRays either as I have gone to another Oral Surgeon and have had another set of XRays done. I requested the XRays from DrDiCosimo's office to avoid having to do that - but they would not give them to me in a timely manner. I will pay the $fee for the consultation if they send me a bill for that. I will not pay $for the XRays. Regards,*** ***
