Review: The company was hired to do work on the well system at a property I own in [redacted] PA. I was provided a verbal estimate of $1700. The work was performed, and I received an invoice of over $2900. The work itself is fine, however, there was considerable damage to my yard, that I would not have known about unless my tenants asked what to do about it. The workers left a mess as well. This could have been rectified by a small yard roller, and some stone on the walk way. Also, letting me know about this, as well as the fact that he was going to go over the verbal quote would have been nice...not to mention a general good practice. Additionally, I have requested a detailed invoice, which I have not received. I did pay him 2/3 of the invoice, as I do not want him to be out any cost. However, I have costs that will be incurred to correct an issue he created, and I also want to know what I am paying for. He has also contacted one of my tenants regarding payment! Additionally, I was informed by my tenants, that there were workers standing around, and not really doing anything.Desired Settlement: I want this job to be considered as paid in full. I have expenses that I will incur....the condition the property was left in has impacted my ability to sell....I have been denied a detailed invoice, reflecting a material list, and labor breakdown.
