they messed up my car and set it on fire and while fixing cadillac converter

Normally I don't write nasty reviews about businessesI've been around the public my entire life with my family in the restaurant business and as a sales person in the oilfieldI realize that there are circumstances that arise that prevent meeting deadlines I've experienced it myselfHowever, when it's weeks past the time that you're expected to receive the service or product it's gone too farMy cousin and I are going into the Food Trailer Business and CateringPretty excited about it and in fact have our first event Kookin' Kids, where we should be set up and ready to go by 7pm on Friday June 17thUnfortunately we are into the 4th week since we paid for the trailer and vent hood installationWe were given notice that we had to be inspected and operating permit issued by June 6, I called my salesman in a panic letting him know that we were expected to have it done by the 6th and they hadn't even received the trailer back from vent hood installationWe were told to days to install vent hood and they would get to work on the equipment installation run gas lines and have fire suppression done in another 3-daysI called the inspector and she is willing to work with us granting and extension to get the trailer finished and inspectedEverything is brand newI then call my salesman at C&S Trailer World (nice man) and advised him that we absolutely had to have it finished by June 10th in order to get everything necessary to pass inspection and get permittedSpoke to my salesman on June 10th around 11:30, I waited to call because I feared disappointment, when I'm told that he can have it done by that afternoon, but we wouldn't be able to pick it upSo throughout the day planning to pick up the trailer the following morning giving us just enough time to gather necessary utensils and required items in order to get our permitAround 3pm on Friday June 10th I received a phone call from my salesman telling me that they just can't get it finished by that afternoon, but hopefully by noon on Monday June 13thSo Monday we head to Fort Worth pick up our pots and pans and little extras so we wouldn't have to pull the trailer all over Tarrant County, stopped at PSDink to enquire about making us a sign since we now have no way of getting a wrap done before our debut on Saturday and go have lunchFinally around 2pm my phone rings and it's C&S Trailer World advising me that they are working as fast as they can but just can't get it done todayGo back to Friday where I'm told by noon because the guy installing the equipment only needs a couple more hours and the fire suppression guy has an hour or so to finish upI am now more angry than before, and request the GM contact meSo said GM from Trailer World calls me and tells me that my salesman has known all along that it wouldn't be until Wednesday sometime before they can have it ready, and working as fast as they can exact same words our salesman usedTurns out the guy installing equipment and fire suppression and gas lines are the same manHow did a couple of hours turn into full days? I told him it was suppose to be finished on the 3rdHe said no one gives time frames for a job to be complete but himIt took weeks and day to get the trailer back from vent hood installationThe equipment sat in storage for days and they never even started installing it until the morning of the 9th and don't work on weekendsSo now we have a deadline to have the trailer set up and running at the event by Friday at 1:or we can't participate until we get inspected and permitted on Saturday and the event starts at 8amMy cousin will be out of town starting first thing Wednesday morning the 15th and isn't returning until the morning of the 17thSee the dilemma? I can't haul the trailer with my car, and our salesman knew he was going out of town and still misled me to believe that he would have it done in order for us to participate in this eventI don't necessarily blame our salesman, but feel like since I paid $plus $in equipment just to get it done and still owe $that they should have expedited our job knowing it was crucial to get it inspected or not participate in the event we have already paid and planned for and I was promised that it could definitely be done by the 10th when I called on the 3rd in a panicI honestly believe they put other trailers ahead of ours and were not the least bit concerned that we were committed to an event and had requirements to meetSomething should be done to compensate us since they are in no hurry to finish

I have dealt with Charles Lawhon's Trailer World for many rears, first on a business level and then as a private customerFrom my first expierience I realized that I was being treated fairly and on an unbiased levelI have owned many trailers of all sizes over the years with different businesses, and therefore I already knew the correct answers I was looking for before I asked questionsAll of the answers and the advice was spot-onNo monkey business hereThis business is honest and above reproach and will do everything resonably possible to understand the question or problems that any trailer owner may haveThis company is a credit to the trailer industry
