Charles Littleleaf Native American Flutes

Since I can't post this without a star I give it one and take it back at the start of this review. If there is a way to report his site for internet fraud please let me know. I have repeatedly contacted him asking about the status of my supposed "ready ship" flute, and also the one he's supposed to make for me. Early on someone by the name of Monica said he'd get back...nothing...several times. My many queries have gone unanswered. I've asked for a refund for the ready ship 3x's, and if he's planning on making my flute...provided email(even checked spam box)and phone number for contact several times, and even called him and left a message. I'm out $550. I consider myself patient and understanding but you need to talk to me if you want understanding. I wish I had known sooner about his site and issues. Apparently I am not the only one with issues with him. This guy is collecting some serious karma. Any ideas about how to recoup my money, or at least make him accountable let me know. Am seriously pissed off and sympathize with others he's defrauded.
