During the initial walk through, lowys was informed that the customer would be packing himself self and lowys would be just providing the map king materials and handling the moveOur crews arrived and absolutely nothing was packed in the house and all of the materials we had delivered prior were not thereWe then sent another truck of packing materials to the home and started to pack the customers items(Usually when lowys does a pack and move, it is a two day process since it takes more time)One of our owners went out to the job site as well to make sure everything was under controlWe were able to pack and move the customer in one day, but we did need to send more man power and it took more time -which is why the price doubledWe also spoke to [redacted] who will confirm the entire situation as neighbors were in agreeance with usLowys has been serving the [redacted] county area for over yearsA lot has changed in that time, but the one thing that hasn't is our commitment to service and providing the best quality experience to our customersWe are very sorry that the customer is upset, but lowys handled this issue professionally and most importantly, fairlyAgain, I urge anyone to reach out to [redacted] to also hear their side of the story about this complaint.? ?
