residence on a day that they both agreed on which 9/30/wasAlso noted the about the house visit is in an enlarged copy of the emailsPrior to the house visit Mr*** stated that there is discoloring or a "blotchy'' finish and a crackThe reason for that is because it takes time for the concrete to fully go through the drying a curing process that was explained to him on the phone and in email formWe cannot guarantee that the concrete will not crack but we as a company do the highest quality of work to prevent that from happening the best that we canIn the contract that I also have sentWill be listed in the contract which I highlighted that "we do not guarantee against spading or cracking of the concrete"Mr*** agreed to all the terms and conditions of the concrete when he signed it on 7/16/MrBlount even offered to replace the portion of damaged concrete if it heaves or opens up this is stated in the emailPlease feel free to contact us with any questions or concernsPatrick B., Office Manager Blount Blacktop & Construction Co
