We just moved in off of Tom Sawyer lane, and Lundie is the only service available. However, since we have moved in (august time frame) we have had brown water... first we were told it was due to a line break, now we are being told its because we live in a cul de sac. The water is absolutely horrible, it looks like brewed tea and has a horrible smell. You cant drink the water, shower, or even water your plants (they die) something is drastically wrong and no one seems to care or do anything about it. Their solution was to install a filter for the entire home. If I pay for clean water, in a brand new home I expect the water to be drinkable and usable. I feel like they don't care about their customers due to the fact that there is no other option around. I am 100% positive that if their water at their home was like this, they would act a different way and have a solution for it. Totally unacceptable! (I even sent a video of the water and no response was given)

This company is the only available water supply for my neighborhood it is a private well and the owner could care less about the customersThe water quality is terrible, there have been times when the water is brown or when the water does not work at allEvery now and then there is a very strong bleach smell which indicates that's their method of cleaningThe owner has no actual business phone so if you have an issue you have to call a cell phone which is rarely answeredWhen you bring forward an issue it takes weeks to find a solutionWe received a very high bill with an unrealistic water usage amount, after taking a picture of the meter which has a completely different number than the bill and emailing it to the owner we have heard nothing for two weeks nowYou would think in a country where we have so many benefits, that providing clean water and good service wouldn't be such an issueUnfortunately there isn't a whole lot of options since this is the only water supply
