My son, [redacted] got braces from this office. He was taken there by his mother. She told them that I was responsible for 50% of the bill and so the Doctor's office sent some paperwork to my address. I called them back and told them I am not responsible for 50% of the bill based on my child support and custody agreement (court papers). The office charged $1200.00 of the total bill to my dental insurance which was fine but they keep sending past due notices about the bill knowing I am not responsible for it. They keep telling me that the reason they do it is because that is what my son's mother told them to do. How can they just try to bill someone who never went to their offices or requested any services from them just because somebody else said so?? I called their office numerous times about the same issue and I keep getting the same response. They don't seem to care. Their billing practices are ludacris! At the very least they should have requested the court papers when they were told to send me a bill.
