I thought I made it perfectly clear that as long as the taxpayers filed separate returns, his rental losses could not be deducted. With that being said, if the taxpayer mails me back the signed copies he got in March and May, I will refund his tax preparation fee in full.

Once again, the responce is hollow in content and full of untruths. Absolutly no mention of the 2014 tax return complaint was mentioned. he is focusing on 2013 while ignoring the complaints of the 2014 return. He never provided a fileable tax return for 2014, just a draft. I never asked for a refund for 2013, just 2014 which he never completed. he never ammended the 2013 return as asked. his continued fabrication of the facts is not acceptable nor is his insistence that everything is my wifes fault. he NEVER explained anything that he claims to have and is trying to divert attention to 2013's return while ignoring the poor performance or lack of completion of the 2014 return. If I could attach his emails to me, this would further illustrate his lack of factual account and his insistence that everything was my wifes fault, which is VERY unprofessional.
