We had monthly service for years. Our technician was very good to work with and we will miss her service. She, however, was out due to medical reasons. A rep. called to cancel appt. but made no effort to send another tech. Shortly, thereafter we noticed a termite swarm. We called the company to schedule someone to come out and almost a week later no call to schedule something.
