Charles Richard Building & Development

I purchased a home from MA Builder [redacted] in 2012 and was suppose to close in June, however closing was delayed to July due to tax leins he had on his property. He was suppose to get work done on the property prior to closing, however he did not complete the work and in some instances placed bandaids on the problems. To avoid further delays in closing I closed in July. He said he would fix the other issues within a week after closing, he did not. I've tried contacting [redacted] via phone a few times over the last several months but you cannot have a conversation with this person, he just screams profanity. I've paid out of pocket to get some of these issues addressed because they were safety hazards, however some are still outstanding. Estimated cost $3790.00. Below are the issues [redacted] was suppose to address: Shakey Deck, Broken Sprinkler System, Clogged Sump Pump/drain, Grade at back of house, cracked kitchen backsplash.Product_Or_Service: HomeOrder_Number: NAAccount_Number: NADesired SettlementBased on experiences I don't trust Charles Richard Building Development. [redacted] is upset because of a retention basin adjactsent to his house that he was aware of and had to sign off on and that he acknowleges the basin and a fence that would be next to his property. [redacted] also went to the planning & zoning board on numerouse occasions to complain and they also told him that easement has to be completed as stipulated in the apporved plans. The police also were called because he stopped workers from entering the property, they were there to clean the basin which was required prior to installing the fence. [redacted] has been a problem from day one. I ended up paying out of pocket to get the deck fixed because it was a safety issue. If needed I can send you a picture tomorrow of the fixed deck. - I don't have any pictures of the sprinkler system that [redacted] was suppose to turn on before closing. He said he was going to come back out within a week after closing to turn it on, never did. I have a receipt where I had to pay $340 out of pocket to get the broken underground sprinkler lines fixed.
