On 04/28/16, I contacted the Meineke (# ***) in Milford, Ohio concerning my rear air conditioner line being brokenI spoke with “Jim”, who advised me that Meineke could fix the broken air conditioner lineI then scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle the following day (Friday, 04/29/16)
On 04/29/16, I dropped off my vehicle at approximately 9:amI discussed how dye was placed into the air conditioner line & it was determined that it was brokenI was told Meineke would put dye into the lines, tooIn addition, I asked for Meineke to inspect the sway bar bushings to determine if the needed to be replacedLater that morning, the mechanic whose name is “Gary” told me that the line was broken and they would fix the problem; Gary also reported that the sway bar bushings were fine & did not need to be replaced
I returned to Meineke to pick up my vehicleI was told the rear air conditioner line was fixedI was given a bill for $On the bill it read “A
