Review: The agent was dishonest and did not represent us with our interest in mind. On top of all this the security deposit was not deposited in a segregated account and we were not informed of where our money was being held. These are requirements by NYS law.
Agent also withheld $800 for mind nicks and scratches which were due to normal use of the home.Desired Settlement: Pay us back our $800

I would stay away from this real estate firm. The agent was extremely rude, dishonest and did not represent me with my interest in mind. There are plenty of agencies that you can work with, this one should be avoided.
