Review: Complaint involves damage sustained from car wash 4/6/14. Upon returning home after car wash I found damage to right rear mud flap and both right side wheels (deep scratches). I believe that something was caught in the side brush at the bottom that created this damage. I immediately returned to the business only to be brushed-off by the Manager and ASST. Manager. They looked at the damage and said there was no way that it happened in "their" car wash. I am 100% positive the damage was from the brush as I looked the car over prior to getting it washed.Desired Settlement: Repair of damages.
