text-align: left;" valign="top"> On January 15, 2016, Mr*** brought his Toyota *** ** Charles Toyota to have it diagnosed, Mr*** told us the vehicle was overheating and stated that it had a fluid leak at the rear of the engineOur Toyota Certified Master Diagnostic Technician performed a few tests to determine the condition of the engineHe noticed the vehicle was not running at 100%The vehicle had an antifreeze leak and the fluid level was low as wellOur Toyota Certified Master Diagnostic Technician also performed a block test to determine if the engine head gasket was no good and allowing antifreeze to run into the cylinders, where it will cause engine damageThe test performed determines if there is carbon monoxide mixed with the antifreezeThe test confirmed the head gasket was no good and allowed antifreeze into the engine cylinders and caused engine damageThis test requires some mechanical time; therefore the Technician is paid for his time spent diagnosing the vehicleMr*** declined any further repairs at that time

Review: I [redacted] and my partner bought this car in 2011 [redacted] sienna with 33.448 miles on 04/02/2013 in charles [redacted] dealer calling inc. [redacted] ... after a month of purchase I have a problem with the light inside my car and I got it many times .. and when I got it they tell me that they can not see that happening to the car .. I want them to make a Checking ... and they do not want ... all veses I went it they tell me an excuse and three weeks ago I did a apontiment with them when I got it they told me to my car deichar 8:00 am and it will take like 4 hours to see this goin on it and when I went to 2:0 pm they do not even come in my car so I want you guys to help me with this situation [redacted] thank youDesired Settlement: my car has warranty 1000.00 miles or five years
