Review: Charles Wood & Son is contracted to deliver my Household Goods to my military permanent change of station address. My transportation office has confirmed that my goods have arrived at their warehouse. In an attempt to schedule delivery of my household goods, I spoke with [redacted] at Charles Wood and Son and was subjected to probably the most deplorable behavior I have ever witnessed in terms of customer service. She refused to give me any information on my shipment for "security reasons." I spoke with the personal property directorate of the military and they confirmed that the info for my property should have been conveyed to me.Desired Settlement: I request information concerning my shipment be released. Furthermore, I request delivery of my property.

Both of these shipments were transported under Government Bill of Ladings and as such certain criteria must be met in order to schedule the delivery of the members property.
