I bought a new car in CharlesGlen Toyota After months, I replaced the oil a second timeOne day I was driving, and oil spilled on the roadAfter this, the various misunderstandings begins with the serviceWhen before I looked ahead to buy a new car, they were doing everything possible to sell the car to meThere was a free customer shuttle service from Crowfoot c-train to the store and selling person was at the highest level politeHowever, as soon as my car broke down, I immediately felt the differenceWhen my car towed to the service, I tried the next day to come and find out what happened and to talk to the mechanicCustomer service told me that the free shuttle no more available for me because I no need buy the carGuys, I'm your client!!! I am was not allowed going into the car workshop, they said it secret location and security(May be they replace my good parts to used one? ;-)) ) I have a business and I had to spend money on a taxi all daysToyota not provided spare car to me during the repair periodMechanic (apprentice) badly twisted or tightened oil filter and from this, the whole engine doused with squirting oilGenerally, repairs and inspection were done badlyMy entire engine has been in the oil and more days I have oil spot, dripped oil on the pavement outside the houseThey also are not indicated to me on the cover of the pallet from the bottom dropped out I had to point their noses for fix this plastic coverWashed the car is very badJust doused with water, and then my wet the car on their parking lot was covered with dust from a passing car with a large construction sitePrice: replacing the cabin air filter - $ [redacted] You guys are out of your mind?
