I am responding to the complaint filed by *** *** *** *** ***. We do show that the customer reported that her paper did not start on 3/(it should have started on 3/14). The next call we show was on 4/26, after which we did not hear from *** *** again until July 7,
so we assumed the delivery issue had been resolved. *** *** was credited for papers not received both times she calledOur State Circulation Manager, *** *** just tried to reach *** ***r to see if we can resolve the issue, credit her account, and keep her as a customer. *** left her name and number for *** *** to contact her. If we are unable to resolve *** *** delivery issue, she will be refunded any balance due herI hope this satisfies *** *** concerns.
