On June 29th they took 109.91 and said that it was a holding fee and that it would be taken off and included in the price of the stay. Upon arrival June 30th I had to pay 219.83 without the 109.91 that they already took on the pervious day. I had to be transferred to three different rooms the first night. During the June 30th- July2nd 2017. The first room the air conditioner and the refrigerator was not working. I am a diabetic so I need those things to work and the room had no hot water so they transferred me another room upon entering this room there was mold over top of the beds and it smelled of mildew. I then requested a refund or to be transferred to another hotel as they own five of them. I asked for the manager the response was that that the manager would be in on Saturday and they transferred me to another room. Upon getting the keys I was informed at that point that they only had one room left because there was no over booked rooms. As it was a holiday weekend. The last rooms

We spent one night in the facilityWe found it to be dated, dirty and not well maintained at allWe were on the 7th floorThe sliders to the balcony we not securedThe curtains were hangingThe toilet seat was brokenThe power strip was dangling from the back of the TV with multiple plugsThere was not evacuation plan on the back of the doorThe doors connecting the rooms were blocked by a table and looked as though they haven't been opened for a long time There were sketchy looking me in the lobby and outside at in the afternoonI have called the Charleston Visitor Service and reported themHopefully, they will report them to the fire department as there are many things that need to be dealt with
