current requests for repairs to her home are covered under the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Warranty. All past service requests, along with her latest request, have been sent to the [redacted] plant on the day that they were received from [redacted]. We contacted the Service Department of the [redacted] plant, the manufacturer of [redacted] home, once again on April 15, 2016, to check on the status of [redacted] latest service request. On April 25, 2016, we received an email from [redacted] Service Manager for the [redacted] plant, informing us that the work on [redacted] home has been scheduled for this coming weekend.
