Review: Charlestown Paving installed a new driveway at our home. We have many spots on the driveway where the stones are coming loose and creating divots in the driveway. In addition, stones used in the foundation under the asphalt are appearing through the blacktop. A different contractor has told us it appears that not enough asphalt was used on top of the stones. Also, in the top layer of the driveway, there are spots within the asphalt where the stones are larger and further apart than in other areas. The concern is that this will lead to cracking in the driveway. We have called 4 times and have been told that the owner, [redacted], the owner, would be calling to set up an appointment to stop by and address these issues. To date, no calls have been received.Desired Settlement: The owner needs to come to the house and address these issues and make any repairs necessary.
