My complaint is about the terrible service from the Charleys Philly Steaks at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing
On my break I went there and ordered food on saturday about two weeks ago and after I got my food the food looked horrible
I also did not receive my mall employee discount either
So I contacted the Facebook page for charleys Philly steaks and I emailed them about my horrible service and they just read my messages and say sorry for the late response and I'll check to see about the process of your messages and someone should get back with you today
Well I'm still waiting because I think they don't care
