Review: I cant get Kevin, the office manager to return my many calls and inquiries about repairing my truck. They did some repairs (autobody work from a front end collision on 1/13/15) already, and they told me the truck was ready, except they would replace a windshield for me as an added service and would call me when the glass came in. I took my truck and tried to make sure all features were working. I didnt see until later that evening that the dashborad interior lights did not work. I called and advised them, and they said they would call me when the windshield came in and would repair the dashboard lights when they were replacing the windshield. They never call me or return my calls, and when I call in, Kevin is apparently hardly ever there. In addition, I now notice that the air conditioning just blows mildly tepid air. I dont think the refigeratant was replaced, or if it was, the system may leak, and may not have been repaired properly. I just cant get Kevin to accept my calls or return my calls. Please help [redacted] cell [redacted]Desired Settlement: I dont think they are capable of properly repairing this vehicle. If they can remedy the windshield, the interior dash lighting, and the faulty air conditionign fine, but I wonder what other problems their possibly inept attempts to fix these things may result in. If I could get these things fixed some where else and send them the bill, that would be fine, except I believe they would never pay off on such a bill even if they said they would.
