Just went to Hawaii in September and used the agency for a fairly priced room in Honolulu It was a great, no nonsense hotel right in the middle of the city so I was close to everything Have used them in the past for several cruises and have always gotten the best room and rates with very professional and polite service We're going to Alaska next year and this will be the first call we make!
Just completed another vacation put together by Robin at CBGT Our rather complicated weeklong trip to Turkey went off flawlessly Plus, we saved a wad of money through Robin's flight and tour bookings Always a pleasant experience working with these folks Highly recommended!
We tried to put together a vacation to Isla Mujares in Mexico, but the room wasn't available when we wanted to go Melissa at CBGT asked us to let her give it a try even though there were no large American resorts there She got us into the hotel on the beach we wanted and for less money than we thought possible It was a great decision to give her an opportunity and we will use her from now on!

I typically do not utilize the services offered by travel agents I usually do a fairly good job booking all the things needed for a trip on my own Life got busy and I decided to take a break from it all by taking my girlfriend on a trip to the Dominican Republic January There are soooo many resorts and different levels of accommodations Some are all-inclusive, others just provide the basics Then there are things like transportation, excursions, golf, etc It gets to be quite a bunch of work I also wanted to make sure I didn't "miss" something cool once at my destination
Years ago, I used *** Brown's Goodtime Travel for a few business trips I decided to give them a call and see if they could help with my trip to DR I am very happy in making this decision The service, communication, and simplification of an elaborate process was handled well by this team Not only did we get into a great resort, transportation ended up being smoother than something I had planned As an extra bonus...*** himself got involved and helped my girlfriend and I get onto the best golf course I've ever played on her birthday! Talk about getting some good "boyfriend points" with her! Punta Espada....check it out.....on the ocean and perfect! I would have missed playing this course without the knowledge and assistance of *** Brown's Goodtime Travel!
Going forward....I've learned a lesson Let professionals help with these things Sure...I can do most of these things myself, but not as well and it takes a lot of effort I plan to use *** Brown's Goodtime Travel for future trips as a result of this experience!
